Rewettable Coated Fiberglass Fabric
1. Product Overview
Rewettable coated fiberglass fabric is an advanced industrial insulation material constructed from a high-performance woven E-glass substrate impregnated with a proprietary inorganic, water-activated clay coating. The dry fabric can be easily cut, wrapped, and moistened on-site with water; upon drying, it cures into a hard, rigid, and paintable protective shell that forms a durable heat-resistant barrier. It is specifically engineered for thermal insulation lagging, mechanical protection, and safe asbestos encapsulation and abatement applications.
