1.0mm glossy red double-sided silicone coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-density woven E-glass substrate encapsulated symmetrically on both sides with liquid silicone rubber. The 1.0mm construction provides superior tensile and tear resistance under continuous mechanical vibration and high physical stress. The high-visibility glossy red finish creates a non-porous barrier against water, steam, hydraulic oils, and chemical splashes while providing clear hazard identification for high-temperature zones. Bilateral encapsulation seals the fiberglass filaments completely to eliminate fiber shedding and edge fraying, ensuring reliable flame retardancy and flexible stitchability.
