0.4mm twill weave glossy black double-sided silicone coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-tensile twill weave E-glass substrate coated on both sides with liquid silicone rubber. The diagonal twill weave pattern provides higher tear strength and greater directional conformability than standard plain weave, allowing the fabric to wrap snugly around complex geometries, valves, and flange elbows without wrinkling. The double-sided glossy black finish forms a non-porous, wipe-clean barrier against moisture, oils, lubricants, and chemical splashes while providing reliable flame retardancy.
