0.2mm black silicone coated fiberglass tape is engineered from high-tensile E-glass woven fabric coated with durable black liquid silicone rubber on one side and a high-performance pressure-sensitive adhesive on the reverse, laminated with a flat yellow release liner. The yellow release liner provides rigid backing and dimensional stability, preventing curling and deformation during manual alignment or high-speed die-cutting processes. The tape delivers an impermeable barrier against water, industrial oils, and harsh weather conditions while retaining flexibility across broad operating temperatures.
