0.2mm white silicone coated fiberglass tape consists of a fine-weave E-glass fiberglass cloth substrate coated with high-purity white liquid silicone rubber, backed with a high-temperature pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive and protected by a flat yellow release liner. The yellow liner provides rigid dimensional stability, preventing curling and wrinkling during manual application or high-speed die-cutting. The white silicone surface offers an aesthetically clean finish, excellent resistance to environmental aging, moisture, and chemical splashes, while maintaining flexibility and flame-retardant performance under wide temperature fluctuations.
