1. Product Overview
0.45mm matte white double-sided silicone coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed by applying liquid silicone rubber uniformly onto both sides of a high-strength woven E-glass fabric substrate. The symmetrical matte white silicone coating delivers a low-glare, non-reflective surface with high visual cleanliness, making it particularly suitable for pharmaceutical processing, food and beverage plants, and cleanroom environments where fiber shedding cannot be tolerated. The bilateral encapsulation seals the fiberglass core completely, providing an impermeable barrier against water, steam, vegetable oils, and mild chemical splashes while retaining excellent flexibility and stitchability.
