0.25mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-density woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with high-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. The reinforced 0.25mm thickness profile delivers high tensile strength, puncture resistance, and extended flex-fatigue life under dynamic mechanical stress. The non-porous fluoropolymer surface ensures clean release against molten polymers, viscous adhesives, and hot plastics under mechanical pressure, while the internal woven fiberglass matrix maintains dimensional stability without stretching or shrinking under elevated working temperatures.
