0.08mm PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
1. Product Overview
0.08mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a lightweight, ultra-thin woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with high-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. The 0.08mm nominal thickness allows rapid and uniform heat transfer through the fabric, making it optimal for rapid thermal cycling applications. The non-porous fluoropolymer surface provides complete non-stick release against molten polymers, plastics, and adhesives, while the woven fiberglass core provides high tensile strength and prevents elongation under continuous mechanical pull.
