0.8mm white PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a heavy-duty woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with high-grade white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. With an 0.80mm structural profile, it provides high tensile load-bearing capacity, puncture resistance, and extended flex-fatigue life under continuous mechanical tension and thermal stress. The non-porous fluoropolymer surface ensures clean release against molten polymers, viscous adhesives, and hot foods, while the dense internal glass fabric matrix prevents elongation and mechanical distortion across continuous operations.
