0.35mm PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric
1. Product Overview
0.35mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-density woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with high-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. The high-tension 0.35mm thickness profile provides high tensile load-bearing capacity, puncture resistance, and extended flex-fatigue life under severe mechanical pressure and thermal cycling. The non-porous fluoropolymer encapsulation ensures complete non-stick release against hot melted plastics, viscous resins, and adhesives, while the dense internal glass fabric matrix prevents thermal elongation and mechanical distortion across continuous operations.
