Custom Fabricated PTFE Conveyor Belts

1. Product Overview Our PTFE conveyor belts are manufactured from high-tensile woven fiberglass or Kevlar (Aramid) substrates heavily coated with premium PTFE. Designed for extreme environments, they provide a flawless non-stick surface, excellent thermal transfer, and consistent performance under continuous operating temperatures from -70°C to +260°C.

2. Custom Joint Styles  We understand that every machine has different tension and pulley requirements. We offer a full range of splicing options to ensure smooth operation:

  • Seamless (True Endless): Woven in a cylinder with zero joints. Ultimate strength for high-speed fusing and pressing machinery.

  • Overlap Joint: The standard, highly durable joint for general conveying.

  • Bullnose / Finger Joint: A highly flexible, smooth joint ideal for running over small-diameter pulleys.

  • Mechanical Fasteners: Steel clipper (alligator) joints, often covered with a PTFE flap, allowing for easy installation and removal without disassembling the machine.

3. Edge Reinforcement & Tracking Solutions  To extend belt life and prevent lateral tracking issues (drifting), we provide comprehensive edge treatments:

  • Edge Wrapping: Edges are reinforced with heat-sealed PTFE film or stitched Kevlar fabric to prevent fraying and structural damage.

  • Tracking Guides: Precision application of Kevlar guide cords or silicone ropes along the underside edge to keep the belt perfectly aligned.

  • Edge Grommets (Eyelets): Metallic tracking studs evenly spaced along the reinforced edge for machines utilizing mechanical sprocket tracking.

4. Typical Industrial Applications  Our custom belts serve as critical components across multiple sectors:

  • Textile & Apparel: Main belts for continuous fusing presses and bonding machines (compatible with Oshima, Hashima, Meyer, etc.).

  • Food Processing: Non-stick, food-grade belts for continuous baking ovens, tortilla presses, and freezing tunnels.

  • Packaging Industry: Heavy-duty belts for large-scale shrink wrapping and heat-sealing tunnels.

  • Industrial Drying: Ideal for UV, IR, and hot air drying tunnels in screen printing and chemical processing.
