0.18mm PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-density woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with high-grade polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. With a reinforced 0.18mm profile, it provides higher tensile strength, greater puncture resistance, and extended flex-fatigue life compared to thinner grades while retaining efficient heat conduction. The non-porous fluoropolymer surface ensures clean release against molten polymers, viscous adhesives, and hot plastics under mechanical pressure, while the internal glass matrix prevents elongation and thermal shrinkage across continuous operations.
