1. Product Overview
0.4mm white PTFE coated fiberglass fabric is an engineered industrial composite constructed from a high-density woven E-glass substrate impregnated and sintered with white polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) dispersion. The pigment-free, non-contaminating white fluoropolymer surface provides high chemical purity and clean non-stick release against viscous syrups, dough, cooking oils, and medical packaging films. The reinforced 0.40mm woven fiberglass carcass provides dimensional stability, low thermal elongation, and high tensile and tear strength under continuous belt tension and thermal cycling.
