1. Product Overview
Wye strainer insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically to fit industrial Y-strainers, T-strainers, and pipeline filtration components across complex fluid and steam networks. Because Y-strainers feature unique Y-shaped geometries and require frequent internal filter screen removal, cleaning, and debris flushing, traditional stay-in-place insulation is completely impractical, often leaving strainers uninsulated and wasting valuable thermal energy. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these removable jackets eliminate severe radiant heat loss and allow hassle-free detachment and reinstallation for routine maintenance.
