1. Product Overview
Globe valve insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically to fit industrial globe valves and stop valves in complex piping networks. Because globe valves feature unique spherical body shapes and protruding handwheels or actuators that require frequent operational access, conventional stay-in-place insulation is impractical. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these removable jackets prevent severe radiant heat loss, lower energy consumption, and allow hassle-free detachment and reinstallation for routine stem maintenance without damaging the insulation system.
