Gate Valve Insulation Jackets
1. Product Overview
Gate valve insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically to fit industrial gate valves and sluice valves in complex piping networks. Because gate valves feature a large exposed metal surface and regular maintenance requirements (such as lubrication, packing replacement, and spindle inspection), traditional stay-in-place insulation is impractical. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these removable jackets prevent massive radiant heat loss, lower energy consumption, and allow hassle-free detachment and reinstallation without destroying the insulation system.

Operating Temperature: Designed to the equipment surface temperature; we have built jackets for surfaces up to about 350°C. Please ask us about higher temperatures.
