1. Product Overview
Angle stop valve insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal blankets engineered specifically to fit complex 90-degree angle stop and check valves in industrial piping systems. Because standard off-the-shelf insulation cannot conform to intricate valve geometries, these custom jackets wrap snugly around the valve body and bends to eliminate thermal bridging and prevent energy loss. Equipped with secure fastening systems, they can be rapidly detached and reinstalled, providing plant technicians with hassle-free access for routine valve maintenance, repairs, and system inspections.

Operating Temperature: Designed to the equipment surface temperature; we have built jackets for surfaces up to about 350°C. Please ask us about higher temperatures.
