Union and flange insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically to fit industrial pipe flanges, unions, bolted connection points, and joints across complex piping networks. Because flanges and unions are critical connection points that undergo disproportionate mechanical stress and require regular bolt tensioning or leakage inspections, traditional rigid stay-in-place insulation is impractical. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these removable jackets eliminate severe radiant heat loss, prevent thermal bridging, and allow hassle-free detachment and reinstallation for routine maintenance without system downtime.
