1. Product Overview
Boiler insulation jackets are custom-fabricated removable thermal covers engineered specifically for industrial boiler bodies, access doors, steam drum covers, and connecting pipe networks. Constructed from high-temperature resistant coated fiberglass outer fabrics and filled with high-efficiency thermal insulation blankets, these jackets prevent radiant heat loss, lower boiler room ambient temperatures, and reduce fuel energy consumption. Designed with secure fastening systems, they can be easily detached and reinstalled for periodic internal boiler inspections and tube maintenance without destroying the insulation system.
